The project involved construction of a new amenities building at Percival Park, Rose Bay, including family-friendly and accessible toilets, outdoor showers, a drinking fountain with dog bowl, new access paths and upgraded surrounding landscaping. The site was near a popular beachfront with limited construction access and close to a Sydney Water pumping-station area.
