The RAAF Richmond Building 107 project involved the complete electrical design and construction of a new power and lighting system within a live operational Defence facility.
Electrical scope
- Full design-and-construct delivery of the electrical system
- Installation of a temporary communications distribution board to maintain uninterrupted power to the main communications room during rewire works
- Complete replacement and rewiring of all existing electrical circuits
- Installation of more than 300 new light fittings, including emergency and exit lighting connected to the base-wide computerised monitoring system
- New power distribution and general power outlets
