RAAF Richmond Officers’ Mess
The Richmond Officers’ Mess project involved re-cabling and upgrading lighting and power to 88 short-stay accommodation rooms and 20 amenities blocks, together with installation of a new commercial kitchen on the ground floor. The On Top team also identified a number of out-of-scope non-compliances and safety concerns that were subsequently upgraded as variations.
