- Installation of approximately 400 vandal- and tamper-resistant light fittings
- Removal and replacement of mouse-damaged wiring
- New emergency lighting with tamper-resistant covers
- New split-system and cassette air-conditioning units
- New cool-room and freezer mechanical units
